CRITICAL: Your Support Needed By 12/17!

Capitol Forest's DNR Recreational Managers are submitting several grants to help pay for improvements and resources in Capitol Forest. The importance of this work can't be overstated, and we hope all of these grants receive funding. But, every year far more grants are submitted than the available funding. Your support for these projects will help up the chances that these projects succeed. Please take the time to write letters of support for ALL of these grants!

We've made it extra easy for you. Head over to this page for a description of the grants and a link to send a letter of support for each. We've got suggested text for you to use, but we highly recommend personalizing your message for maximum impact with the grant reviewers. If you like what you're seeing on the North Slope trails, pay particular attention to 18-2466, which would include DNR funding for additional intermediate and advanced MTB trails on the north side.
