FOCF holds weekly rides on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday:

Monday Beginner Ride: This ride varies in length (usually 1-2 hours) and is geared towards beginners or anyone wanting a more casual pace — good for building fitness. Meet at 6PM at “The Y” (see graphic). Contact mtnbikefun@yahoo.com for more info.

Wednesday Group Ride: This ride varies in length and difficulty, 1.5-3 hrs. Meet at 6PM at “The Y” (see graphic). Contact davidsride@yahoo.com.

Note: During the fall/winter/spring months lights are required on the above rides. Also, as the sun sets, temperatures drop, so come prepared!

Saturday Group Ride: Rides are based on group ability. If the group is large enough, it will split into two groups to accomodate faster and slower riders. Meet at 10AM at “The Y” (see graphic). Note that on the first Saturday of the month, a work party may precede the ride. Contact davidsride@yahoo.com.

Sunday Shuttle Ride: Meet at 9AM at Bike Tech. Contact Justin for more info.

More about “The Y”: Unless otherwise noted, all rides (and work parties) meet at The Y. The Y is the junction of Waddle Creek Road and Sheman Valley Road. To get there, take Black Lake Boulevard south from Hwy 101 (about 1mi from I-5). At the end of Black Lake, turn left on to Delphi Road.  Follow Delphi to Waddle Creek Rd and go right. After you pass the Capitol Forest welcome sign it is the 1st road jct on left.  You’ll see the fenced off area.  There is a picnic table and large sign board for posting notices.

Lock your car and protect your valuables (or don’t bring ‘em in the first place)!
